How to delete your account

Option 1 - Delete in the app

1. Open Logworm and sign in to your account.
2. Go to your profile or settings screen.
3. Select the account deletion option and confirm the request.

Option 2 - Request deletion by email

1. Email help@logworm.com from the email address associated with your Logworm account.
2. Use the subject line Logworm account deletion request.
3. We may reply to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
4. After verification, we will complete deletion within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

Data that will be deleted

• Your Logworm account profile, including your email address and display name
• Your logged movies, TV shows, books, and podcasts
• Your ratings, rankings, lists, predictions, and associated social activity
• Backup and archive copies of your scores, items, logs, and predictions, and any stored copy of your email address
• Other account-linked content stored by Logworm

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial-compliance purposes. Any retained information will be restricted to those purposes and kept only for the period required by applicable law. Reports about abusive content are kept for moderation records with your identifying details removed. Crash and diagnostic reports do not contain your name or email and are not linked to your account; they expire on their own schedule. De-identified or aggregated information that can no longer identify you may also remain.
