What it is
Logworm is a media tracking app for movies, TV shows, books, and podcasts. Log what you finish, rank it against everything else you've logged, and let Logworm build a picture of your taste over time.
The more you log, the smarter it gets. Logworm uses your rankings to predict scores for things you haven't seen yet — so you always know what's worth your time next.

This Privacy Policy describes how Logworm ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Logworm mobile application ("App").
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a display name. This information is stored in our database, which is powered by Supabase.
Content you log. The movies, TV shows, books, podcasts, rankings, and ratings you add to the App are stored on our servers via Supabase and synced to your device. This data is associated with your account.
Social interactions. Logworm includes social features that allow users to view each other's lists and rankings. Any content you mark as public within the App may be visible to other users.
Device information. We may collect basic device information such as operating system version and device type to support app functionality and troubleshoot issues.
Advertising data. We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect information about your device and interactions with ads, including your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS), IP address, and general location. This data is used to show you relevant ads. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Consent data. We use Google's User Messaging Platform to collect and manage your consent for personalized advertising, in compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.
Your account and content data is stored using Supabase, a cloud database platform. Data is stored on servers located in the United States. A local copy of your data may also be cached on your device for offline access.
The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
Personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device's privacy settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS) or through the consent prompt within the App.
Account deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email address below. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.
Data access. You may request a copy of the data we hold about you by contacting us at the email address below.
Logworm is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
